When sending the sensors, a mail with the account data for the IoTUI is sent at the same time. However, this email is sometimes sent to the trial manager, not to the trialist. 

In order to find out the credentials for the IoTUI, please contact your trial manager or the Valenco customer care team, including the last four digits of a sensor that you received.
