When your trial is terminated it is important to deactivate the sensors to stop data being sent by the sensors.

Recommended Deactivation Method

1. Scan the QR code on the sensor. 

2. Press the “Deactivate” button to complete the action. You can also deactivate all sensors of your trial at the same time. Either then, or when you deactivate the last sensor of your trial, you are asked to enter the date of the sensor removal from your trial.

Manual Deactivation via Computer

In order to deactivate the sensors, you will have to log into the Valenco IoTUI. Once you have logged in, please proceed as follows:

1. Click on "Sensors" in the menu at the top of the page. 

2. Enter your Sensor ID under "Device". The page will then automatically filter for your sensor.

3.  Click on "Deactivate" to start the deactivation of the device. 

4. Choose to deactivate only this or all of the sensors in the trial.
